We believe the Bible, in the original writings, to be the inspired, infallible, inerrant, authoritative word of God. We believe there is one God, eternally existing in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

We believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His miracles, in His vicarious and atoning death through His shed blood, in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and in His personal return in power and glory.

We believe mankind is lost because of sin, and the only hope of redemption is through the shed blood of Jesus Christ. We believe in and practice the holy ordinance of water baptism by immersion which signifies the believer’s death, burial, and resurrection into new life with Jesus Christ.

We believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit, by whose indwelling the Christian is enabled to live a Godly life.

We believe a Christian’s faith is not something demonstrated only on Sundays. It is the foundation for every relationship and all the events of everyday life. We believe our faith should make a profound impact on our lives, including our marriages, families, jobs, resources, and decisions.

Our purpose at Riverside is simple. We want to honor our Heavenly Father with our lives wholly devoted to Him.
